How information submitted through this website is handled.
When you submit the Transworld Leisure contact form, the website collects the information you enter so that we can assess and respond to your enquiry. The form currently asks for your name, email address, telephone details, present nationality, country or place of residence, enquiry type, message and confirmation that you have read this privacy notice.
The form also includes a honeypot field and a simple arithmetic anti-spam check. These controls are used to reduce automated submissions; the public contact form does not use a third-party CAPTCHA service.
Enquiry information is used to respond to you, understand which Vanuatu information or service may be relevant, keep a record of the correspondence and, where you request it, help arrange an appropriate professional introduction. Information may also be processed by the website hosting and email systems needed to deliver and respond to the enquiry.
Information may be shared with a professional adviser or service provider where that is reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry or facilitate an introduction you have requested. It may also be disclosed where required by law or a competent authority. Transworld's citizenship information service is free and Transworld receives no referral fee or commission when introducing an enquirer to a Vanuatu Government-designated citizenship agent.
Please do not submit passport scans, police certificates, bank statements, passwords, payment-card details, health records or detailed source-of-funds evidence through the initial website form. If sensitive material is genuinely needed later, agree an appropriate document method with the person handling your enquiry.
The public citizenship guide uses a session acknowledgement so that, after you confirm you have read the citizenship caution notice, the same warning does not repeatedly interrupt your visit. The acknowledgement is stored as a session cookie and/or browser session storage and is intended to expire with the browsing session. It is not used as an advertising tracker.
Enquiry records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant business correspondence, resolve follow-up questions and meet legitimate administrative or legal requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards should be used, but no internet form or email transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You may ask about the personal information supplied through an enquiry or request a correction by using the contact form and selecting Other. Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant correspondence without sending additional sensitive documents through the form.
Share your objectives and receive a structured initial response.
